ACCIDENT & NEAR MISS INCIDENT REPORTING

ALL of the following need to be reported:

• Accidents (an event that results in injury or ill health)
•  Near miss (an event not causing harm, but has the potential to cause injury or ill health)
• Hazards (any dangerous situation or object, which has the potential to cause harm).
