Please do not rely solely on this list, some competitions may have been missed.

Please check with the competition organiser that the event is still going ahead before entering anything… or leaving home!

All events, all ages.

All competitors should have received an email from Graham detailing the final information, so please check this carefully.  The timetable was attached.
You should aim to arrive in enough time before the start of your event so you have time to sign in and warm up. We recommend an hour.
For field athletes you will need to report to your event officials 25-30 minutes before the start time for warm up jumps/throws, having already completed your own warm-up (stretches etc). For track athletes, please report to the start line 10 minutes before your race time.
Please bring your own number and pins.
Most importantly: please remember to follow social distancing guidelines throughout the day.
Under COVID restrictions there are no spectators allowed, however all athletes under 18 years may have one adult with them. All athletes and their accompanying adults will need to sign in on the gate and ensure we have contact details. Please do not attend if you have been unwell with COVID symptoms or are self-isolating. If you have access to Lateral Flow Tests, please do consider taking one before you come.
The clubhouse bar and kitchen will be open for hot and cold drinks, hot food, filled rolls and snacks, but it will be takeaway only and face masks should be worn when in the clubhouse.
We are still looking for helpers during the day, to sign in athletes, help with the setup, moving hurdles, and in the bar etc. If you are able to spare a little time to get involved please let us know – email Please note that any helpers do not count as the athlete’s ‘accompanying adult.’
It is not compulsory to wear a club vest, you can wear your own suitable sports top.
Sam (pole vault coach) will be available for anyone who would like to collect a standard Yate club vest on Saturday at 9.15am. New members receive a vest with their membership fee, otherwise the cost is £12. However, as above, it is not compulsory to wear one on Sunday so don’t panic if you can’t get one yet!
See you all on Sunday – We hope you enjoy your competition day with Yate & District AC at The Jefferies Arena, Yate Outdoor Sports Complex.
(NOTE: This is a club only competition – strictly Yate club and academy members only, school year 6 and over – and no further entries can be accepted.)
