MASTERS TRAINING SESSIONS


OCTOBER TO APRIL

SUNDAYS 10am-11:30am


This session is only for anybody aged 35 and over.

INEXPERIENCED ATHLETES

We have introduced a new training session to try and cater for every level of ability, where the emphasis is on FUN!

Training in a group, we will rotate through most of the athletic disciplines.

All participants are encouraged to find a level they are comfortable with.  There are no demands or expectations to push yourself outside of your own comfort zone.

EXPERIENCED/SPECIALIST ATHLETES

If you have previous athletic experience, or you are only interested in particular athletic events, we understand this “blanket” group approach may not be suitable for your needs.  As an experienced adult, you are free to move in and out of the group session as you wish, or even train away from the group entirely.  However, we may not be able to provide any coaching guidance should you decide to do this.

SOCIAL

We want this to be a social, fun experience for everybody.  After a hard session training, all athletes are encouraged to go back to the club house to take in some fluids (and have a chat).

CLUB RECORDS

For the competitive athletes, there are opportunities to compete in Masters competitions in the summer.  We also keep club records. There are still plenty of records to set!
