The Yate AC Code of Conduct is applicable to all athletes, coaches, volunteers, officials and supporters within the club. It sets out the expected values and behaviours for everyone within the club environment. It is imperative that everyone reads and abides by all codes of conduct that are relevant to them. If you are feeling in any way that others within the club are not following these codes of conduct that you contact Jeremy Dale or Hannah Jackson as soon as possible.
It is important that everyone feels able to make a complaint if they feel that something has gone wrong within the club environment. If you have a complaint about any member of the YADAC community, please report this to our Club Secretary. Your complaint will then be dealt with in line with the clubs Discipline and Appeals Policy and the Guidance for Disciplinary/Appeal Hearings produced by England Athletics.
If you would like to raise a concern via the “Whistleblowing” procedure you are able to do so via UK Athletics. Please see the UKA/EA Whistleblowing Flowchart. If you would like to raise a concern, you can do so by using the following contacts:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org
