2025 AWARDS NIGHT – 7th DECEMBER
Tickets are now on sale, via membermojo, for our End of Season Celebration and Awards Evening on Sunday 7th December.
All club members and their families are invited!
It’s a fantastic opportunity for the club to come together, celebrate both individual and team achievements, and reflect on another great season.

Voting
All athletes U13 and over should also now have received an email asking them to vote in their own age group category for their male and female athlete of the year.
You must include your name and email address so we can check that the voter is eligible. Please note that you cannot vote for yourself! Please also do not pass the link to anybody else to vote, as all email addresses are checked and ineligible votes will not be counted.
Team managers and coaches will also be voting for age groups awards and for the event group awards.
If you haven’t received your email, please do check your junk folders. (If its still not there please email yatemembership@outlook.com.)
The vote closes at 11pm on Tuesday 25th November.
The winners will be announced at the Yate AC Awards Night on Sunday 7th December 2025.
Christmas Raffle
Our fantastic Christmas Raffle is back, and tickets go on sale tomorrow – 22nd November!
We’ve got some incredible prizes lined up (you can spot a few in the image attached!), so you definitely don’t want to miss out.
This year, 50% of all proceeds will be donated to charity.
The raffle will be drawn at our End of Season Celebration & Awards Evening on Sunday 7th December – but don’t worry, you can still buy tickets even if you can’t attend.
Where to Buy Tickets:
Tickets are available from Ali Gordon or Rach Ramsey at the clubhouse. Both cash and card payments are accepted. £1 per ticket.
Donations Wanted!
Do you run a small local business and would like to donate a prize?
Or perhaps you can offer a smaller item to be included in a hamper?
If so, we’d be hugely grateful! Please drop off any donations at the clubhouse over the next couple of weeks. A donation box will be available at YOSC to pop donations in!
