A quick reminder that there is no Wednesday Academy session on the 14th August, due to the open competition taking place.
Please note the timetable for the meet has been slightly revised.
No heats are required for either the 200m or 800m so we now have a slightly later start time of 6:15pm rather than 6.00pm.
The 100m has been bought forward to 8:20pm from 9pm.
Championship entries are now closed. Athletes can still enter for other events on the on the night but must register at least 40min before their event.
