HANNAH ALDERSON

CLUB MEMBER 2005-2012

Five-time Club Award Winner

Joined through the Westbury partnership . Initially coached by Pat Gallagher and later by Alan Thomas, until 2009.

2008 won the  U17 England Athletics Championships (1500m)

2010 took an English Schools Bronze Medal in at Birmingham (3000m).

2011 Represented England U20’s at a Cross Country International in Elgoibar, Spain, finishing in fourth place.

2012 finished Second in the U23 England Athletics Championships (5000m).

2012 represented Great Britain (U23) in the European Cross Country Championships, held in Budapest, Hungary.  Despite an ankle injury, she came back with a silver medal!

In 2016, Hannah won a 10k Road Race in Grittleton, as an unattached athlete, giving us hope that we may one day see her again.
