Matt Spicer selected to throw for GB in U19 Hammer. Charles Beresford selected to throw for England in Youth Hammer. Men go to the final of the Midland Cup for the 2nd year. Resume of new track usage. The Council has plans to spend £1.3 million at the Yate Outdoor Sports Complex (YOSC) over the next 3 years. Winter training to be on the all-weather pitch (no lights on the track yet). Downend Motors to sponsor the 2nd Hilly Half Marathon on 3rd December. Gary Slade selected as Welsh International.
