An exceptional sprint talent possessing that ‘magic’ leg speed all sprinters crave.
Dan started his athletic career in 2011 when he joined Yate as a very talented U11.
He made tremendous progress after joining Sandra Woodman‘s senior sprints group and won many club awards and titles.
In 2017 Dan set the U17 60m club record.
The 2018 season provided many successes:
- PBs at 100m (10.79) and 200m (22.4).
- He was an English Schools Championship finalist (again)
- Unbeaten all season in the Senior Midland League over 100m, also scoring the most points of any athlete.
- A gold medal in the U20 100m Youth Development League National Final, at Bedford.
In 2019, he finished second at the Senior Boys English Schools 100m (video below).
