Good results at Birmingham!

Some excellent performances at the Birmingham indoors games on the 7/8th February saw another host of PBs and SBs.

Yvette Westwood’s 7.91sec in the 60m was another PB after her previous one a couple of weeks ago and 25.72sec in the 200m gave her, a SB soon after. Jacob Spence got a PB in the 60m with his 7.43sec and followed that up with 8.32sec in the 60mh.

Jamie Brock had a SB with 7.26sec in the 60m with Robert Dakin getting another PB in the 200m with 25.15.

Adam Brook Jumped well, starting the season with a solid 1.80m SB in his second competition this year.
