POMPHREY 5K RACE SERIES

The Pomphrey 5k is a series of races held in Mangotsfield.  Here are the details:

• Fast and flat 5k series on tarmac paths.  
• UKA licensed and posted on Power of 10.
• Nine race series all starting at 7.30 pm with race briefing at 7.20 pm

Course: Single loop with small overlap entirely on the Avon Cycleway adjacent to Pomphrey Pavilion.

Race HQ: Pomphrey Pavilions, Mangotsfield, Bristol, BS16 9NF

Entries online: ​Series £40 affiliated, £52 unaffiliated. Individual race £6 affiliated. £8 unaffiliated

Entries on the night: £1 supplement.

Individual prizes across the age groups: First three male and female finishers, first male and female U17’s, first W35, W45, W55 & W65 and first M40, M50, M60 & M70.

Series prizes for first in each age category.  Best 6 finishing positions within the age category to count from first 8 races.

Cash prizes of £50 for the first male under 14:30 and the first female under 16:30.

Medical cover Level 1.

NO HEADPHONES ALLOWED.

The bar in the pavilion will be open from 8.00 pm and the prizegiving will begin as soon as possible after the conclusion of each race.
