A few reminders ahead of tomorrows pilot event.
Ahead of the England Athletics Covid-19 pilot 19 July 2020 Yate and District Athletics Club have undertaken a complete review of our risk assessments. The risk assessments can be found on our website (under the “Welfare” header)
Some people may already be aware that we are working with England Athletics to host a ‘Pilot Competition’ this month.

If you have, the good news is we would be very willing to provide links to any athletics blogs on our homepage and would try to promote it using our social media.
This year is the first since World War Two that the ESAA Championships have been cancelled.
To try and fill the gap, they are offering an exciting and innovative virtual athletics competition
Great news!
We have recently found out that we finished in third position in the Neuff Athletic “Standing Triple Jump Challenge”.
As most of our members should now be aware, the Yate Outdoor Sports Complex (YOSC) is now open for restricted training.
England Athletics have today (17th June 2020) issued a revised plan with regards a potential return to competition.
